Kombucha is a staple drink in our household – we love it. We love the health benefits, the taste, and as a delicious alternative to any other flavoured drinks we may have enjoyed in the past. Ant is even substituting a glass of Kombucha for his one beer a night – it is that satisfying and that good ! I know a lot of my friends want to get underway with making their own, so………
I have had this little course bubbling away inside (he he) for a while now. I am putting on 1 (or more, based on numbers and interest) small Kombucha making demonstration class on Saturday 7th February, 10am, western suburbs, Brisbane. I am holding this in my home – so will send out details to those who are interested in signing up.
This will be a good value 1.5 hour class from 10am, 7th February, covering topics such as:
:: What is Kombucha?
:: Why is it good for you?
:: How to make it (dos and dont’s)?
:: Tasting of Chai and Ginger/ Turmeric Kombucha (as well as the good ole plain kombucha)
:: Your own take home kit, including a SCOBY, recipe book and other surprises to get you underway.
COST IS $45
