For three immersive hours, you'll be guided through powerful practices designed to regulate your nervous system, awaken your inner healer, and restore balance from the inside out.
Conscious Breathwork — Specific breathing techniques that activate your parasympathetic nervous system within minutes—lowering cortisol, reducing blood pressure, and shifting your body from stress to restoration.
Sacred Mantra & Chanting — Sound vibrations that stimulate the vagus nerve, releasing nitric oxide (pain relief and anti-inflammatory), oxytocin and serotonin which are your body's natural mood regulators and healers. Chants proven to support hormonal harmony. No experience or "good voice" required. Just a willingness to let sound move through you.
Moving Meditation — Gentle, intentional movement combined with mindful awareness, helping to release stored tension, improve nervous system flexibility, and bring you into deeper presence through the body.
