The Yoga Cooperative — Monday Afternoons

Join me at The Yoga Cooperative for a nurturing start of the week practice in a beautiful studio space. These classes blend flowing movement with restorative elements, suitable for all levels and designed to help you transition from the demands of the day into a more grounded, peaceful state.

Yoga in Victoria Park — Tuesday Afternoons

There's something special about practicing yoga outdoors. Mat on the grass. The breeze on your skin, birdsong weaving through your breath, the canopy of eucalyptus overhead. I teach these free classes through BIYOME as part of Brisbane City Council's Active & Healthy Program. All levels welcome; just bring a mat and an open heart. No booking necessary - just turn up.

 Introducing SACRED MORNINGS

Live via Zoom | 6:00–7:00am | Running throughout the year

Sacred Mornings is a 6-week daily yoga immersion designed for women navigating the fullness of midlife and beyond. Each round explores a different theme:

  • Digestive Fire

  • Hormonal Harmony

  • Authentic Expression

  • Heart-Led Living

  • Strength and Vitality, and

  • Embodied Wisdom & Sacred Boundaries

This isn't pretzel yoga. It's a gentle awakening of body, mind, and soul. Through a carefully crafted sequence you'll practice each morning, allowing the benefits to compound in your body and being.

We gather live at 6am (recordings available if life gets in the way), and each session weaves together movement, mantra, breathwork, meditation, and journaling prompts. The rhythm of daily practice, held within a supportive circle of women, creates subtle but profound shifts. Less stiffness, more presence, a deeper connection to yourself.

Sometimes what you need is a practice designed just for you.

In a private session, I'll guide you through sequences tailored to where you are right now, whether you're working with an injury, building a home practice, deepening your understanding of certain postures, or simply craving undivided attention and care.

Yoga Therapy - 1:1 Personalised for Health Challenges

Yoga therapy is different from a yoga class.

It begins with a thorough initial consultation where we explore your health history, current challenges, and aspirations. From there, I develop a bespoke practice sequence tailored specifically for you. This might include physical postures, breath-work, mantra, meditation, or lifestyle recommendations drawn from yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom. You'll receive a written sequence to practice at home, and we'll refine it together over subsequent sessions.

This work is available in person in Rosalie or via Zoom.

Introductory Package — 3 x 90-minute sessions: $450

Includes initial consultation, development of your personalised sequence, and two follow-up sessions to refine and deepen your practice.

HEART WISDOM Retreat

Where your heart leads, wisdom follows. A sacred pause for women ready to listen.

4 nights | 14–18 May 2026 | Temple Retreat, Pullenvale

A transformative women's retreat nestled in the serene rolling hills of Pullenvale, designed to restore your nervous system and awaken your inner wisdom.

Over four days and nights, we'll journey together through yoga (flowing, restorative, and yoga nidra), meditation, mantra chanting, personal numerology, chakra exploration, and the meditative art of mandala creation with ink and watercolour. You'll leave with practical tools you can weave into everyday life — and a mandala you've made with your own hands.

This retreat is intimate by design: small group, personalised attention, and deep connection with like-minded women. The setting is stunning — private acreage wrapped in green, with beautiful views and nourishing food prepared for you.

Themes of compassion, gratitude, and joy serve as portals into the heart throughout our time together.

Meet your teacher - Chantal Roelofs

Chantal believes profound wisdom lives within every person. An exquisite intelligence speaking through the nervous system, guiding towards what's true and aligned. Her passion lies in helping people reconnect with this inner knowing and trust their innate capacity for resilience and transformation.

Her approach weaves ancient yogic wisdom with modern neuroscience, creating practices that honour the nervous system's need for safety whilst encouraging authentic growth. She's fascinated by how embodied practices - breath, movement, meditation - can rewire our relationship with ourselves and unlock our most authentic expression.

Having guided women for over 12 years, Chantal specialises in helping people break through stagnation, access sustainable motivation, trust their inner authority, and recognise their voice as medicine. Whether through yoga classes, yoga therapy, meditation, or speaking circles, she creates spaces where transformation happens naturally.

Her journey from marine scientist to yoga therapist and meditation guide brings scientific rigour to spiritual practice. Chantal holds a 1000-hour Advanced Yoga Therapy certification and a 660-hour Masters in Meditation Teaching. As one of the world's first WomanSpeak Circle Leaders (2016), she supports women globally to find their embodied presence and authentic voice.

She lives in Brisbane, Australia, with her husband, two daughters, and chickens.
