SACRED RHYTHM
“The way you begin your day is the way you live your life. When you meet yourself first - in breath, in stillness, in sacred movement - you teach every cell that you matter, that your presence is the foundation upon which everything else is built.” ~ Chantal Roelofs
The Sacred Rhythm: Five Mornings and Five Nights Home to Rest
What if the reason you can't sleep had nothing to do with bedtime?
What if, instead of chasing rest with supplements and apps and perfectly performed wind-down routines, you learned to set your body's rhythm at the source, in the first waking hour of your day?
The Sacred Rhythm is a 5-day online sleep immersion designed for women who are ready to stop fighting their nights and start allowing rest, not someday, but now.
Each morning we gather live at 6–7am AEST (with replays available) for an hour of gentle yoga, breathwork, and nervous system practice that sets your body clock and steadies you from the ground up. Each evening, a short recorded practice, 15 to 20 minutes, (meditations, guided rest, yoga nidra) walks you down into deep, nourishing sleep. The evening recordings are yours to keep.
The Five Days & Five Nights: Each day opens a different doorway into rest, from setting your body clock with breath and light, to restorative movement that teaches the body how to stop, to quieting the 2am or 3am mind with intention and mantra, to sound, mudra, and the body as a portal into sensation. We close on Day 5 with everything woven together, landing in yoga nidra — the yogic sleep — allowing your nervous system to rest deeply and your practice to settle at a cellular level. Each morning's teaching is paired with an evening practice you carry into bed that same night.
The Benefits: This isn't just about one good night. Women who practise this way consistently report falling asleep more easily, waking less through the night, quieter minds at bedtime, decreased stress and anxiety, steadier emotions, and a profound sense of coming home to their bodies. The magic lies in the compounding effect. The rhythm, repeated, creates lasting neurological and somatic shifts that ripple far beyond sleep and into how you meet your whole day.
What Women Say About Practising With Me:
"There has been a shift in my body... There is a suppleness, freedom of movement. I feel like I am gliding through my day, connected with all its parts. It is quite a glorious feeling."
"My stress levels at work have decreased considerably. You have no idea how much I needed this. Universe delivering the right people at the right time."
"I actually feel into my body more, and it has awakened a profound connection to it. Being someone who spends a lot of time in my head, this has been an unexpected bonus from the daily practice. An awakened awareness to ALL OF ME."
What You Need: Just a yoga mat (or even a towel), if you have them - yoga props such as blocks and a bolster - if you dont, have some cushions handy, and a device to join online in the mornings plus your bed, pillow and a pair of headphones for the evening practices. No experience necessary. Modifications offered for every body and every condition. A private Facebook community for connection and support. Daily journalling prompts to help you close the day on the page instead of in your head at 2am.
The Investment: $55 for five live mornings, five evening practices you keep forever. Less than you've likely spent on supplements that didn't work, for a practice that stays with you. And if you're joining Sacred Mornings this October (and have enrolled in the next round), The Sacred Rhythm is yours free. This is an investment in your nervous system, your vitality, your capacity to meet your life rested rather than depleted.
The Sacred Rhythm isn't about forcing sleep.
It's about remembering how to allow it. Beneath the wired-ness (is that even a word?), the 3am waking, the nights spent negotiating with your own mind. It's about giving your body its rhythm back, and discovering that when you meet the day differently, the night begins to take care of itself.
Your body has been waiting for this. Are you ready to begin?
