But knowing it and doing it are two very different things.

What is the SACRED START ?

The Sacred Start is a five-day guided morning immersion designed to give you a felt experience of what a morning practice can be.

Not the Instagram version, but the real, embodied, in-your-bones version.

Each morning, you’ll join me (Chantal Roelofs) yoga therapist, meditation teacher, and nervous system specialist — for one hour of gentle movement, breath-work, and guided practice. Each day introduces a different sacred element: breathwork, physical movement with props, mantra and intention, sound and mudra, and finally, the full integrated practice that weaves them all together.

This isn’t about getting it right. It’s about getting quiet enough to feel what’s already there.

By the end of five mornings, you’ll understand why a morning practice changes everything — not because someone told you, but because your body showed you.

YOUR FIVE MORNINGS

Each session: 6:00–7:00am AEST  |  ~15–20 minutes of teaching + ~40–45 minutes of guided practice + journalling

Day 1 - Why Your Morning Matters More Than You Think

Element: Breathwork + Gentle Movement

We begin by naming what’s real. Why mornings feel like a battleground. Why the alarm-scroll-rush cycle keeps your nervous system in overdrive before the day even begins. You’ll learn why most morning routines fail and why it’s not a discipline problem. Then we’ll move into a breathwork-centred practice with gentle movement, giving your body its first taste of what it feels like to begin differently.

DAY 2 ~ The Body Already Knows

Element: Physical Asana + Props

Your body holds wisdom you’ve been overriding. Today we explore supported, prop-rich movement — bolsters, blocks, the wall. This isn’t about flexibility or performance. Props aren’t crutches; they’re permissions. You’ll discover what yoga can feel like when you stop trying to get it right and start letting your body lead.

DAY 3 ~ What Becomes Possible

Element: Mantra + Intention

Today we cast a vision. What happens when women commit to this practice over weeks, over months? You’ll hear what’s possible… the inner freedom, the clarity, the quiet radiance that emerges when practice becomes a way of being. We’ll explore mantra as a way of setting the compass of the heart, and intention as the thread that carries your practice off the mat and into the day.

DAY 4 ~ Sound Medicine

Element: Humming, Sound + Mudra

Something shifts when you let sound move through you. Today we explore humming, bhramari breath, and gentle toning. These are practices that tone the vagus nerve, calm the nervous system, and open something words can’t quite reach. We’ll weave in mudra as a way to anchor attention and intention through the hands. This is often the day women are surprised by what they feel.

DAY 5 ~ Your Morning, Your Medicine

Element: Integration — All Elements Woven Together

We bring it all home. Breath, body, mantra, intention, sound, mudra — woven together into a single, flowing practice. This is Sacred Mornings in its full expression. You’ve had five mornings of this. Imagine what six weeks could do. Today is both a culmination and an invitation to continue.

I'm Chantal Roelofs, and for a decade, I've been creating sacred spaces where women discover the power and medicine of their authentic voices and embodied wisdom.

With a Master's in Meditation Teaching, yoga therapy training, honouring trauma informed ways, global trainer in WomanSpeak leadership, and years of guiding women through profound transformation, I understand that true wellness isn't about perfection. It's about creating sustainable practices that honour who you are becoming.

Through my work with WomanSpeak , yoga classes and in community circles across Brisbane and beyond, I've witnessed hundreds of women transform their relationship with themselves, moving from depletion to vitality, from silence to authentic expression, from surviving to truly thriving.

My approach weaves together ancient wisdom traditions with modern understanding of nervous system health, creating practices that are both deeply nourishing and practically sustainable for real women living full, complex lives.

  • Life unfolds in its own rhythm, and I honour that completely. Every session is recorded and available in our private group for six months after our live journey concludes. You can catch up whenever feels right for you, without any pressure or judgement.


  • Perfect - come to whatever sessions serve you. There's no shame when you miss a session; we understand that life happens in all its beautiful complexity. Simply return when you can. The practice will be there waiting for you, and our community will welcome you back with open arms.


  • Absolutely. Every movement practice is offered with multiple modifications and gentle alternatives. This isn't about performance or perfection; it's about honouring your body exactly as it is today. Your willingness to show up is all that's required. Your invitation is to meet yourself on the mat every day. Each day will be different.

  • You're invited to participate in whatever way feels authentic for you. Some women love to share their insights, others prefer to listen and absorb. Both approaches are equally valuable and welcomed. Your comfort and sense of safety are paramount.

  • Many of our most transformed participants initially felt the same way. The early start becomes a gift - claiming this sacred time before the world awakens often shifts something profound in how women relate to their own needs and priorities. Plus, with recordings available, you can always practice at your natural rhythm if needed.

  • These practices are designed to complement and enhance whatever wellness journey you're already on. The principles are universal and can beautifully integrate with any spiritual path or health routine you've established.


  • You'll have six months of continued access to all recordings and our private community space. Many women find that these six weeks establish a sustainable morning practice that continues to evolve naturally in their daily lives. Some also choose to join future offerings, deep diving in person retreats or my WomanSpeak intensive for deeper exploration.


  • You'll want to gather a few simple props to support your comfort and ease: a yoga mat for movement practices, blocks and a belt or strap for gentle modifications, and a bolster or cushion to place under your knees during our relaxation segments. Most items can be found affordably, and creative substitutions (like books for blocks or a scarf or dressing gown belt for a strap) work beautifully. The key is creating a nurturing space that invites you to settle in completely.

  • You'll need access to Zoom via a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection. Most devices work perfectly, and you can choose to have your camera on or off as feels comfortable for you. You may like to access the chat function to connect with me/ others. Our private group community will be accessible through your preferred device as well, making it simple to stay connected and access recordings.
