For three precious hours, you'll be held in a cocoon of restorative practices designed to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and nourish your spirit.
Restorative Yoga — Supported poses where bolsters and blankets do the holding, so you can simply receive.
Yoga Nidra — The art of conscious relaxation, offering the restoration of hours of deep sleep.
Sound Bath — Healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls washing through you, dissolving tension.
Guided Meditation — Gentle practices to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner stillness.
Nourishing Close — Tea and bliss balls to savour as you gently return, feeling cared for and restored.
